About

Josii Johnson - Photographer, Artist, Athlete

I've always been drawn to creativity in all its forms. Whether it's designing, creating, or capturing meaningful moments, I love using art as a way to tell stories and connect with people.

In 2023, I earned my Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photography and Electronic Media, with a minor in Communication, from Westminster University in Salt Lake City. After completing my undergraduate degree, I moved to Cedar City, Utah, where I earned a Master's degree in Professional Communication from Southern Utah University.

Throughout my six years of higher education, I was also a full-time NCAA student-athlete competing in cross country and track & field. Running has taught me discipline, perseverance, and the value of pushing beyond perceived limits. During my collegiate career, I earned numerous All-Conference honors, set multiple school records and a stadium record, and became a two-time NCAA All-American in the 800 meters.

Beyond athletics and academics, I have a deep appreciation for the outdoors, creativity, and building meaningful relationships with others. Photography allows me to bring these passions together. Through visual storytelling, I strive to capture authentic moments, create lasting memories, and help people share their unique stories with the world.
